Effective Date: September 4, 2026 | Last Updated: September 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy was prepared with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools, based on Creative Pros Connect's actual platform features, and has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. Creative Pros Connect recommends independent legal review before this Privacy Policy is treated as final.

Creative Pros Connect ("Creative Pros Connect," "CPC," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to being transparent about how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information.

This Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices when you visit creativeprosconnect.com, create an account, use the Creative Pros Connect platform, participate in the Venue Alliance Program, post or apply to opportunities, build or join Preferred Vendor networks, participate in the Referral Program, communicate with us, or otherwise use services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Services").

Creative Pros Connect is a wedding and event industry platform designed to help Clients, Creative Pros, and Venues connect through real job opportunities, professional relationships, and trusted vendor networks.

By using our Services, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

The information we collect depends on how you interact with CPC and whether you use the platform as a Client, Creative Pro, Venue, or other visitor.

Information You Provide to Us

Account and identification information. This may include your first and last name, email address, account credentials, account type, business name, display name, city, state, and other information used to create or maintain your CPC account.

Creative Pro professional information. Creative Pros may provide information used to create their professional CPC profile, including business name, biography, vendor type, specialties, years of experience, service area, minimum rates or service requirements, website, Instagram handle, profile image, portfolio/gallery images, and other professional information.

Venue information. Venues may provide venue name, description, city, state, website, Instagram handle, Preferred Vendor information, event information, and information necessary to invite Clients or Creative Pros to participate in their Venue Alliance network.

Job and event information. When you create an Event or post an opportunity, we may collect information such as event type, event or job date, estimated times, location, vendor type or specialties needed, number of professionals requested, compensation or payment information, additional notes, visibility settings (including whether an opportunity is public or limited to preferred vendors), and related hiring information.

Applications and professional interest. When a Creative Pro applies to or expresses interest in an opportunity, CPC may collect the opportunity involved, applicant information, an optional message, application status, and related timestamps.

Preferred Vendor relationships. We collect information about Preferred Vendor relationships you create, including which Clients, Creative Pros, or Venues have identified particular Creative Pros as preferred vendors.

Referral Program information. If you participate in our Referral Program, we collect your unique referral code or link, which Users signed up using your referral, referral and reward status, and information necessary to verify eligibility and issue any discount, badge, or reward.

Invitation information. When you invite another person to CPC — including Venue invitations to Clients or Creative Pros — we may collect the recipient's email address, first name when provided, the person or organization sending the invitation, invitation status, and information necessary to create and process the invitation.

Communications and support. If you contact CPC, submit feedback, report a job or user, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect the contents of your communication and information necessary to respond.

Information Collected Automatically

When you use CPC, we or service providers operating on our behalf may automatically collect certain technical information, which may include: IP address; browser and device information; operating system; pages viewed and features used; referring and exit pages; dates and times of access; interactions with emails or platform features; cookies and similar technologies; and approximate location derived from information such as an IP address (including for the purpose of restricting access to users located within the United States).

We currently use Google Analytics 4 for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising pixels, remarketing tags, or session-replay tools. The cookies we use are limited to what is necessary to keep you securely signed in and to track referral and invitation links you may have followed to reach us.

2. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to:

3. How Information Is Visible to Other CPC Users

CPC is designed to facilitate professional connections. Certain information you provide is therefore intended to be viewed by other users.

For example, a Creative Pro's professional profile may contain their business identity, experience, services, rates, location, portfolio, website, or social media information.

When a Creative Pro applies to an opportunity, the poster may be able to review the applicant's professional profile and application information.

Job information may be visible to eligible Creative Pros depending on the visibility selected by the poster.

Preferred Vendors Only opportunities are different from public opportunities. CPC may restrict these opportunities to qualifying Preferred Vendor relationships, including certain Venue Alliance relationships.

A Venue's full list of Preferred Vendors, and a Venue's own page, are restricted to authenticated Clients who have accepted an invitation from that Venue — they are not visible to the public or to search engines.

Users should avoid including sensitive personal information in profiles, portfolios, job posts, application messages, or other areas intended to be shared with other users.

4. How We Disclose Personal Information

Other CPC users. We disclose information when necessary to provide the marketplace, application, Preferred Vendor, Venue Alliance, invitation, Referral Program, and collaboration features you choose to use.

Service providers. We may provide information to companies that perform services on our behalf, such as hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, email delivery, payment processing, security, analytics, customer support, and other technical services.

Our current service providers include Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), Stripe (payment processing), Resend (email delivery), and Google Analytics (analytics).

Payment processors. Membership payments are processed by Stripe. CPC receives and stores a Stripe customer identifier and subscription status necessary to manage memberships; CPC does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

Legal and safety disclosures. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, government requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce our agreements, or protect CPC, our users, or others.

Business transactions. If CPC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction subject to applicable law.

5. Selling or Sharing Personal Information

Creative Pros Connect does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and does not disclose personal information to third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies, Analytics and Tracking Technologies

CPC and service providers working on our behalf use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, maintain sessions, maintain referral attribution, remember preferences, understand platform usage, protect accounts, measure performance, and improve the Services.

Specifically, we use a session cookie required for account authentication, a referral-attribution cookie that lasts 60 days, and a venue-invitation cookie that lasts 1 hour. Google Analytics sets its own standard cookies. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not currently respond to browser-based opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control.

7. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may have rights regarding your personal information. CPC intends to provide reasonable mechanisms for users to:

Certain information may be retained where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, or other legitimate business purposes.

When you delete your account, related records that only exist because of that account — such as pending invitations you sent or received — are removed as well, rather than left behind.

8. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under applicable California privacy laws. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), applies, those rights may include:

Right to Know/Access. Request information about categories and specific pieces of personal information collected and certain information about how it is used or disclosed.

Right to Delete. Request deletion of qualifying personal information, subject to legal exceptions.

Right to Correct. Request correction of inaccurate personal information.

Right to Opt Out. Opt out of qualifying sales of personal information or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Right to Limit Certain Uses of Sensitive Personal Information. Where applicable, request limitations on certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.

Right to Non-Discrimination. CPC will not unlawfully discriminate against a user for exercising applicable privacy rights.

CPC may choose to honor certain privacy requests even when the CCPA does not legally require CPC to do so.

To submit a privacy request, contact: support@creativeprosconnect.com, Subject: Privacy Request.

We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests. Where required by applicable law, an authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, maintaining accounts and professional relationships, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, maintaining security, and enforcing our agreements.

Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and why it was collected.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we may delete, de-identify, or aggregate it, subject to applicable legal requirements and legitimate operational needs.

10. Data Security

CPC uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

CPC uses access controls at the application and database levels, including controls designed to restrict access to non-public opportunities, invite-gated Venue Alliance areas, and account-specific information.

This includes access controls enforced at the database level, not only within the website itself, so that non-public opportunities, invite-gated Venue Alliance areas, and account-specific information remain protected even against a direct technical request that bypasses the normal website interface.

However, no internet service or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and should notify CPC if they believe their account has been compromised.

11. Age Requirement

The Services are intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years old. Creative Pros Connect does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that personal information from someone under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Websites and Services

CPC profiles, job posts, or other areas of the Services may contain links to third-party websites, social media profiles, or services.

CPC is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Users should review the privacy policies of third-party services before providing information to them.

13. Email and Notifications

CPC sends transactional communications necessary to operate the platform, including account communications, job and application updates, Preferred Vendor invitations, Venue Alliance invitations, Referral Program notices, and other service-related notices.

Creative Pros may also receive matching opportunity notifications based on their specialties and selected locations, and Venues may manage certain Venue Alliance notification preferences.

CPC may also send marketing or campaign email communications about the platform, new features, or promotions.

Every marketing email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.

Users may adjust eligible notification preferences through their account or follow unsubscribe instructions in applicable marketing communications. Certain operational or account-related messages may still be sent when necessary to provide the Services.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to CPC, our information practices, technology, or applicable law.

When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above. Where required by law, we may provide additional notice of material changes.

We encourage users to periodically review this Privacy Policy.
